Orders ship out within 1 to 2 weeks of order receipt, while orders which include featherbeds may take slightly longer. (In most cases, in-stock items ship out within 2-4 business days of receiving your order.) Shoppers are welcome to inform us of any urgency required – we will do our best to expedite processing where possible.
We'll email you a shipment notification when your order has shipped. Track your shipment using the tracking number on the notification and enter it on the corresponding carrier's site; the tracking/air waybill number can also be found in your order history under your Ploh account, if one was created before placing your order.
Deliveries in Singapore:
- We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore for orders with product value of US$300 and above. Orders with product value below US$300 will incur a charge of US$20.00 for each delivery address.
- Delivery to residences and most places of businesses is available Monday through Saturday during normal business hours (excludes public holidays).
All other destinations:
- Carrier: We use DHL as our preferred international shipping partner. We may at times use other reputable couriers as well.
- Import Duties & Taxes: any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be billed by the carrier at the destination point on behalf of Customs.
- Timing: Please allow for a slightly longer shipping time during the holiday seasons and any public holidays in the recipient’s country of residence. Actual receipt of order depends on customs clearance in the destination country.
- Customs Clearance: depending on a country’s customs clearance requirements, the carrier may ask the recipient to provide some information and/or complete a form before clearance of goods. (Please note: U.S. customs may require the social security/tax identification number of the recipient before release of goods.)
- Robe-only Orders to U.S. and Canada: Orders for only robes with a U.S. or Canada shipping address are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. All other orders (i.e. includes other product categories) to the U.S. and Canada will be shipped internationally from Singapore.

Customs may request the tax identification number of the recipient before clearance of goods. DHL or other carrier will then promptly deliver cleared shipments to the recipient. Orders will be considered cancelled and returned to Singapore should the recipient not be available to accept the delivery after several attempts by the carrier or if the recipient does not provide their tax identification number as requested. Charges will apply to returned shipments as per our Cancellation Policy.
